I am 70+ yrs old. A runner, workout nut, who fell off the wagon. Having gotten soft and weaker, a commercial caught my interests and I ordered the double pack shilajit. After about three days use, I started feeling a robustness and surge of energy that inspired me to get back to working out. Constant use has allowed my body the energy to work the muscles that I had started to lose. The longer I use it the more muscular and define and stronger I get. Even after a hard workout the second week in, I started noticing greater strength in my erections. I only wish I could buy it in more of a bulk fashion. Anyone serious about getting in shape should use it. Great energy food and workout booster.

This does work. My husband is 71 and was losing his libido.. since using this product he is waking up like he was young again.. When he gets up to go to the restroom he hollers to me that he has morning wood.. I hope I don't get in trouble for saying that but I think it's important for men. My husband is always trying things that claim to boost libido.. it's funny we bought this for health looking for something to give us energy and make us feel better... Although this did claim to help libido we really didn't expect it to do much on that aspect.. We don't use water or put it in anything.. we take it with our coffee straight from the sticks that come with it.. We found if we take it with coffee the coffee helps clear the taste much faster and better than anything else we have tried... We will be purchasing more.. Oh and my libido is starting to do better as well... But I had not been taking it as much as he does... I will now that I know I can get my libido back too!
I've been on it for about 2 days now and yes it gives you alot of energy makes your mind sharp it's not the best I've ever had but it's effective...hell I'm even writing a post about it right now and it's 9 o'clock in the morning for me 😂
This stuff is amazing! Taste just like the other brand we get. We ordered another one of it. Highly recommend gives you energy and if you feel brain fog this cleared it right up for me. Been using this stuff for about year now. Will never stop using it. At first I didn't like the taste but now I do like it. I use the stick that it comes with it 3 is in it. I put directly in my mouth. I don't mix with water.
